Come and join us in our next Learning Journey to Barrioization’s Ruinas de la Casa Brunet Calaf in Manati. Celebrating pride month our journey will take us to explore equity through this historical heritage conservation and research project led by a group of LGBT+ social and environmental activists.

Casa Archivo (2017) is a Barrioization project that manages the conservation, dissemination, research and use of historical documents, planning documents, photographs, videos, works of art, books, maps, architectural plans with an emphasis on Manatí, but expands to Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, the tropics, and the planet.  From Casa Archivo they promote the investigation and action of the historical memory of Manati, with practices that honor diversity and seek to nourish the environment with tangible and immaterial elements that transform the ways in which people inhabit their barrio.
