- Description: The purpose of this is to develop analyses of the various plans, proposals and initiatives that may be presented for Puerto Rico’s energy sector, using the results of the Distributed Energy Resources Modeling, as well as other relevant public documents, or additional knowledge that may be developed, and to use such analysis to contribute to public discussion, expand citizen capacity and inform federal and local agencies, other organizations and the general public.
