- Description: The purpose of this is to create a digital platform that makes it easier for all residents of Puerto Rico to identify and contact elected officials (at the state and municipal level) who are supposed to represent them and two campaigns, one to disseminate the tool and another multimedia popular education campaign, at the island level, with an emphasis on citizen participation and accountability. This grant is linked to “Quién me represents (Fase II)” grant.
