La Mesa Social es un grupo de organizaciones y personas comprometidas con la salud integral y los derechos humanos de Puerto Rico. Trabajan desde una mesa amplia y diversa que considera los determinantes sociales de la salud y que tiene como norte garantizar la vida, dignidad y bienestar de toda persona en Puerto Rico. Sus cuatro objetivos principales son: Identificar los retos del país para enfrentar el COVID 19, monitorear la respuesta gubernamental, proponer e impulsar respuestas adecuadas, coordinar acciones civiles de respuesta o de exigencias de acción al gobierno.
