“Connecting Knowledge” reflects the roles we hold as convener, field-builder, and connector.

“Catalyzing Change” signals agency, urgency, and movement—beyond dialogue.

From shared leadership to collective transformation.

Connecting Knowledge, Catalyzing Change

In 2025, we gather not just as a collective—but as a force. After years of deepening trust, aligning action, and leading together, we now turn to what’s next: activating our shared power to drive lasting transformation.

We’ve listened, aligned, and stepped forward as a collective. Now, it’s time to go further—by weaving together what we know and using that shared knowledge to drive transformation.

This year, our convening is a call to action: to turn data into direction, stories into strategies, and evidence into power. We believe that change becomes possible when insight is collective, when knowledge is activated, and when decisions are made with both rigor and heart.

We believe that data is not just numbers—it’s memory, strategy, and a map to inequities. Together, we will explore how community-informed data and evidence-based decision making can strengthen our impact, and shape a more equitable Puerto Rico.

This is a space to connect. We will challenge ourselves to use what we know, and to question what we assume.

Join us for two transformative days inspired by futurism where we’ll shift from survival mode to visionary action. This convening is your opportunity to:

  • Build a futures mindset and explore multiple possibilities for Puerto Rico’s philanthropy.
  • Collaborate on horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting to identify actionable priorities.
  • Network with fellow grantmakers, leaders, and changemakers committed to equity and systemic change.
  • Leave with a shared 2050 vision, concrete building blocks, and personal commitments to catalyze impact.

This event will empower you to turn insights into real-world transformation. Spaces are limited.

Don’t miss this chance to connect knowledge and catalyze change for a more equitable Puerto Rico. Secure your spot today—registration is open and filling up fast!

To catalyze not just projects, but mindsets.

Not just solutions, but systems.

It is time to move from knowing to doing.

From aligning to transforming.

From leading together to building what lasts.

We are the connectors. We are the catalysts.  This is how we change the future—together.
